Obituary of Marie Elizabeth Kovacs

Marie Kovacs, 82, of St. Petersburg passed away April 6, 2024 at Northside Hospital. Born June 14, 1941 in Queens, NY she raised a family in New Jersey and came to Florida in 2016. She was preceded in death by her husband, Frank Kovacs, her parents, two brothers and a sister. She is survived by her children Susanne Bellamy and Christopher Kovacs as well as her sister Lenora Aigner and nephew Joseph Aigner.

She loved painting, gardening, reading and puzzles. She had a great sense of humor, loved to laugh and loved to cook. She loved animals, especially her cat Lucy. Her beautiful smile and dimples and independent spirit will be remembered by all who knew her.
