Obituary of Donzella Carr Mullen

Mullen, Donzella 88 of St. Petersburg, FL passed away Monday, April 1, 2024. She was born in Pt. Pleasant, Mason County, West Virginia. Daughter of Winifred Veva (nee Walker) and Robert Franklin Carr. She is predeceased by her husband of 50 years, Frank B. Mullen, Jr., Siblings, Delores (John) Oliver, Arlona (Jim) Tait, Robert (Maryetta) Carr. She is survived by her daughter, son-in-law, and grandson, Veva, Will and James Scott of St. Petersburg, Florida; Sister-in-law and her husband, Margaret and David McCollough of Houston, Texas, six nieces and four nephews.

Donzella was retired from Duke Energy. Other places of employment include National LP-Gas Association, Sheraton Park Hotel, U. S. Army Communication Center and she was a Specialist Third Class, Women’s Army Corp (WAC).
