95, of St. Petersburg, Florida and formerly of Toledo, OH, passed away Sunday, March 7, 2010, at Hospice House Woodside. She worked as a secretary for Libbey High School, after graduation in 1932, and for Stranahan, Harris & Co. a municipal bond underwriting firm in Toledo before becoming a homemaker. The daughter of Floyd Melvin Kent and Ruth Nellie (Green) Kent, she was born August 10, 1914. She married Raymond Joseph Eberts on April 28, 1939. He preceded her in death March 3, 1995. She was also preceded in death by her parents and her brother, Roger Taylor Kent. She is survived by her son, Donald R. (Dianne) Eberts, of Perrysburg, OH, and her granddaughters, Carolyn Anne Eberts and Joanna Lynne Eberts. There will be a visitation on Friday March 12, 2010 at 10AM with a service to follow at 11AM at the 2201 Dr. MLKing St. N. location. Burial will follow at Memorial Park Cemetery, St. Petersburg, FL. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Suncoast Seabird Sanctuary, Indian Rocks, FL.
